Return & Refund Policy

 

At Vanfard, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.

 

Returns

 

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 

Return Costs

  • Within the EU: you cover the return shipping costs.
  • Outside the EU: return shipping and any customs fees are your responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the mistake was ours.

Exchanges

  • Want to exchange for a different product? Contact us at support@vanfard.com
  • We’ll issue store credit or send a replacement once your return has been processed.

Wrong or Damaged Items

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@vanfard.com
  • We’ll replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
