At Vanfard, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers.
  • Domestic (Belgium): 3–7 business days.
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions; these will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Vanfard is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or lost shipments due to customs procedures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vanfard.com
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Tracking Your Order

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number when available.
  • You can use this number to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.
